Sophie Sansom – Teacher Training Programme (TTP) Lead

I am a mindfulness teacher and trainer, and much of my work has focused on young people and staff in schools. With a background in academia, my PhD explored features of mindfulness training in both secular and comparative religious contexts.

I have a particular interest in research and development in the field of mindfulness training and founded SiTT (support for integrity in teaching and training), a peer-led community of mindfulness teachers, trainers and trainees that support one another to meet ongoing good practice guidelines at monthly meetings, community days and other events.
