Coronavirus

LAST UPDATED 30th March, 2020

As a team, The Mindfulness Network have taken time to sit together and reflect on how the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) affects us all. We wanted to send our heartfelt well-wishes to each of you and your families as we navigate this time together with an even greater sense of shared humanity.

It has now become clear that, in order to remain a working charity and survive these challenging times, we need to take a pauseFrom the 1st April, the Mindfulness Network will continue to run with a skeleton staff and offer reduced programme of online events until further notice.

By taking the difficult decision to furlough our dedicated team of part-time staff, so we can access government support, we intend that the Mindfulness Network can weather this storm and return as soon as possible to continue to serve the mindfulness community.

Please be assured that we will continue in our dedication to respond to the current situation, to preserve the organisation, and to continue to offer value to our participantsWe invite you to check this web page regularly for updates to our event list, below. For urgent queries only during this time, you can contact us via info@mindfulness-network.org however, please do bear with our skeleton staff who may not be able to respond as quickly as we would normally wish.

We are doing everything we can to move events online and offer forward credit towards a future event to all our participants. Please read our FAQs below for more information and scroll down the page to see our list of updated events in light of the current crisis.

We are also offering FREE online mindfulness practice sessions for those wishing to practice and connect during this time. For a list of these sessions please visit: https://www.mindfulness-network.org/free-online-practice-sessions/

You are still able to apply in the usual way for supervision with one of our registered  Supervisors during this time.

We have deep appreciation for the generosity of individuals and the patience of all during this time. If you would like to support us, please consider making a donation by using the donate button on this page.
